An Agile Team Charter is an essential element of an Agile Team. It gives a Team an individual identity, creates transparency and trust, creates a common language, gives understanding and clarity to the expectations of teamwork, collaboration, continous improvement and innovation. It's the first step for creating a team culture where people feel safe in making suggestions and recommendations, where TeamMembers are confident that their ideas will be heard and truly considered.
By using the methods of LEGO® SeriousPlay we will create a safe and fun environment where people are able to create an Agile Team Charter by building powerful metaphors with LEGO® which will be shared and discussed within a Team. At the end of this Session we will extract the individual outcome from the LEGO® models on FlipCharts so that we will have a written document which can be used as a starting point for effective and efficient teamwork.
